As affiliate members of the Dulles Area Association of Realtors (DAAR) we have a Supra Lock Box Display Key therefore, you don’t need to take time out of your hectic schedule to meet us at the property. Once we receive your photo request, we will promptly contact your client, introduce ourselves as your Real Estate Photographer and arrange a time to photograph their home, giving the homeowner the option of being there with us, or continuing with their busy schedules and allowing us to use the lock box.

Note: All Photos will be resized, color adjusted and E-mailed to you for use on your website and advertising.
We will also write down all the special features for your brochure and upload photos to MRIS and Realtor.com.
High resolution photos are available upon request at no additional charge.

*2 hours minimum including travel time - Rarely time exceeds 2 hours, however an additional charge of $50.00 per hour will be applied.
